On Wednesday 23rd December, we welcomed Image Magazine’s Business Club to our historic flagship store at Powerscourt Townhouse, for an intimate evening of diamonds, bubbles, and inspiring fireside chats.
Discussing all things diamonds, Chupi CEO Chupi Sweetman and Image’s Editorial Director Dominique Nugent, covered the inspiration behind our most iconic heirloom pieces, how Chupi scaled her company from enterprise to a worldwide business, and how jewellery can be used to mark the most significant chapters in the lives of its wearers. Or, in the words of Chupi herself, how “jewellery is the biography of your life”.
Alongside a champagne reception and private access to a number of limited-edition pieces, attendees enjoyed a selection of gin and tonics from Malfy Gin and goodie bags that included gifts and contributions from Grá Chocolate and Shiseido, amongst other festive treats. A spot prize of a North Star Necklace for the best Instagram post of the night was also awarded to @mortarandmore.
