Continue shopping on the Chupi website and proceed to the checkout. After completing your personal information and shipping preferences, select humm as your payment method.
Ensure your total purchase is equal to or less than your amount approved by humm. Once you are logged in, follow the steps to select your plan option and complete your purchase.

Customers must be citizens or permanent residents of the Republic of Ireland or United Kingdom and will require an Irish or UK mobile number, photographic ID and a fixed regular income to apply for humm financing.
Once humm has all the required documentation, the application decision turnaround time will usually be within 24 hours. During peak seasonal periods, the application may take a little longer.
Outside of the interest free period there is a flat rate of 11.99%. On top of the interest, there is an application fee of €40* and a monthly account fee of €3.50. These fees only apply to plans of €500 or more.
*This applies to all plans except the 5 week term of less than €500.
There is no minimum order value for plans on Chupi pieces.
Yes, you can pay off your humm Agreement early without any additional fees or charges. The final payoff balance will be shown in each contract in the one off payment section in the customer portal. Your contract will be automatically closed the following day and no further payments will be taken. You can make additional payments at any time, by logging in to your online customer portal, clicking on your agreement number starting LAI-00, and click make a “One-Off Payment”.
At the moment, humm payment plans for Chupi are available in Euro only.
There is a late fee of €9. This applies to all plans.
Your humm payment plan purchase can indeed be used with a Chupi Discount code.
The humm Payment option is available in store as well as online. You will need to be pre-approved by humm and present your code at the Chupi counter, where our team will arrange your plan for you.
