Resizing by more than 1.5 sizes may mean the ring needs to be remade, and we recommend no more than three resizes over a ring's lifetime to protect its structural integrity. Yes, exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, whether online through your account, in store, or by emailing our Customer Care team. Availability determines whether the new piece can be sent immediately or needs to be pre-ordered. As with refunds, engraved, personalised, or bespoke-metal pieces are final sale and don't qualify.
