Every Chupi piece is handcrafted in Ireland by our team of master goldsmiths with a combined 100 years of experience. All Chupi pieces are hallmarked at Dublin Castle, guaranteeing the purity of the precious metal.

Chupi is Ireland's only Certified B Corp jeweller, scoring 126.3 against a certification threshold of 80, meaning our entire business has been independently verified on ethical sourcing, environmental impact, workers, and community standards, not just self-declared. For your jewellery specifically, this underpins our use of recycled solid gold, recycled or carbon-neutral lab-grown diamonds, and production within 100km of our Dublin HQ. You have 30 days from the date your piece was delivered to you, to return it for exchange or refund, provided that the piece is unworn and is in perfect condition. 

Please note, if your Chupi piece is engraved, stamped or personalised, or has been specifically made for you using a bespoke metal such as 18K gold or Platinum, it is considered final sale and does not qualify for the 30 day returns policy. 

For hygiene reasons, earrings are also considered a final sale, and do not qualify for our 30 day returns policy.

We offer complimentary resizing on all Chupi rings within one year of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer resizing for sterling silver pieces.

It is important to note that in order to maintain the quality and integrity of your ring, sizing up or sizing down by more than 1.5 sizes, may require your ring to be completely remade.

Yes, you can exchange your Chupi piece within 30 days of receipt. Please note to arrange an exchange you will need to provide the original order number or the e.mail address associated with the order.

Immediate exchange will depend on availability. If your desired piece is out of stock our store team can place a pre-order for you and advise you on expected lead times.
